Campaign Management
The outcome of 'Product Management' is now available to Campaign definition within the UNO application. This will manage both INBOUND and OUTBOUND campaigns in a simple consistent yet comprehensive manner
Campaign Management
- Different Contact (Prospect) Lists can be imported, or entered via front end. All existing or previous customers are automatically included in the Prospects database
- Data required can be simple - Name/Address with or without Phone-No's or email address etc., or alternatively a more complex data set with such fields as Affiliation Data, Business-Source, Interests, Location, Demographic is also catered for
- Each prospect is associated with data-sources, affiliations automatically. De-duplication is automatic, as is event and status tracking. Any previous contact attempts are also tracked
- Existing & Previous customers are candidates for either Upsell or Winback campaigns
- Any Incoming calls generated will be automatically assigned to inbound campaigns for tracking purpose. A Lead with a unique Case Reference will be generated.
- A number of Referral programmes are also supported
- For outbound campaigns, Leads may now be generated against the agreed criteria. Each lead is assigned a unique Case Reference
- The first-contact criteria will be established and may be either a call, mail-shot or Txt/Email. If an inbound call is generated as a result, it is automatically associated with the campaign
The resulting Sales opportunites are now available to the Sales Managenment module within UNO
