The provisioning module of UNO is designed and implemented to overcome operational and user skill gaps by offering a unified input process for all customer data. It is configured to offer all the Products and services available.
Provisioning
UNO
- All Orders taken in Sales-Management are fed through this module. All component parts of the order are managed through to completion via integrated work-flows from other internal modules like KCI and Customer Self Care Portal and interfaced through 3rd party systems
Retail-Activator
- All orders are mapped to the physical Access Provider (Carrier, Energy Supplier, and Waste Disposal Management) and all Provisioning / Fulfillment tasks are performed via work-flow automation
Wholesale Activator
- Directives & Notifications passed between Retail & Wholesale layers to activate the services and/or associate items with accounts (RFID tags, MSIDN/No's etc) Again handled through interfaces with Carrier Gateways, Switches, IN-platforms, with users being able to access and complete through B-2-B Portals
